The new application allows trading in stocks and options on the go at low commissions. You also get the advantage of trading spreads from options chain. The app allows you to cancel open orders and monitor your positions. Now, no matter where you are, you can always keep a track of your watchlist and set trades in a matter of seconds. The best part is that the app allows you to view charts and fundamentals for symbols; professional traders will love the charts with OHLC and candlestick formats.

Hi Varun,
In my opinion, Optionshouse is by far the best online broker for beginners. I use Interactive Brokers and they are a little bit cheaper, BUT there platform is no where near as easy to use for beginners. The Optionshouse platform is very user friendly.

I guess you are right about their platform, but then they make up a good choice for active traders as well. I think Zecco and Scottrade are also suitable for beginners, but their platforms may not be as good as OptionsHouse.

They might be good for beginners, but all those tools at such low commissions make them the best for professional traders. I trade options, and I don’t think anyone can beat their $5 for 5 contracts pricing. They have slaughtered every single competitor. What say???

haha funny name you have got. Yes bingo! you cannot beat OptionsHouse pricing. They have priced their platform incredibly low. However remember, their platform is still lagging behind little bit as compared to the ones like TradeMonster. But OptionsHouse you get the best bang for your buck, so you figure what works for you. I personally trade with OptionsHouse quite a bit due to their pricing, it makes a big different on my bottom line
